Fell & Sell roadmap: every announced update

One post, published 2026-08-31 UTC, lists 5 numbered stages and 15 named features. Every line below is quoted or paraphrased from that announcement — and none of it is in the game yet.

Is co-op coming to Fell & Sell? Announced — not shipped, and not dated.

The developer calls it “the ultimate milestone on our roadmap” and puts it last of 5 stages. The post gives no date, no player count and no mode detail. See stage 5 below.

Everything on this page is a plan, not a feature. It comes from a single developer announcement published 2026-08-31 UTC and last re-read 2026-09-01. Nothing here has been tested by us, because none of it exists to test yet — what has actually shipped lives on the updates page.

The 5 stages, in the order the developer listed them

The numbering is the announcement’s own. It is a list order with a stated first and last — not a schedule, and not a promise that stage 1 ships before stage 5.

  1. 1

    SHOP UPDATE

The one the developer puts first, aimed at the shop half of the game.

    • New Bigger Shops More retail space to build a larger storefront in.
    • Customer AI Smarter customers, described as improved behaviour and navigation.
    • Furniture Recycler A new way to manage and destroy old store fixtures.
    • Balance Tweaks A rebalancing of both furniture crafting costs and item prices. This is the only roadmap entry that touches the numbers the pricing guide describes.

First on the list is a massive overhaul to your business operations!

  2. 2

    DUNGEON UPDATE

The dungeon half: harder, with its own reward tier.

    • Dungeon + A harder tier with rewards the developer describes as exclusive to it.
    • New Rewards Loot for completing Dungeon+.
    • Enemy AI Monsters described as smarter, more tactical and more dangerous.
    • Dungeon Balance Tuning of combat and of the shrine bonuses.
  3. 3

    DEATH & TAXES

The largest set of new systems on the list, and the only stage that adds character progression.

    • Player Skill System Character levelling paid for with gold, described as a way to customise playstyle.
    • Traveling Merchant A new NPC in the Village, offering what the post calls unique opportunities.
    • Taxes A tax system. No rates or mechanics are given.
    • Goldless Crafting Crafting gear without spending gold.
    • New Achievements More achievements to unlock.

Taxes: "The tax collector is coming. You didn’t think you could run a business for free, did you?"

  4. 4

    ADDITIONAL CONTENT

Explicitly undecided: the contents are to be chosen by community poll.

    • Chosen by player poll Nothing is named. The polls had not been announced as of the date this page was last checked.

We’ll host community polls to decide exactly what extra content, features, or themes you want to see added next.

  5. 5

    CO-OP

Listed last and called the ultimate milestone — the answer to whether Fell & Sell will get multiplayer.

    • Multiplayer Co-op Playing the dungeons and the shop with another player. No mode, player count or timing is given.

The ultimate milestone on our roadmap is Multiplayer Co-op! Soon, you won’t have to face the dungeons or run the shop alone.

Announced vs shipped, on the same day

The roadmap went up hours before a real patch on the same date, which makes the boundary easy to see: the minimap and inventory sorting people had been asking for are in the game now. Nothing on the roadmap is.

  • Shipped Dungeon Map + Inventory Sorting!, 2026-08-31 UTC. A dungeon minimap and one-press inventory sorting — the two features the developer names as the most requested since launch — plus storage-chest safeguards and sensitivity tuning.

Patch entries read from the same Steam news source, last re-read 2026-09-01. The full list is on the updates page.

What the roadmap does not say

  • No dates. Not a release date, a quarter, a season or a version number appears anywhere in the post.
  • No sequence guarantee. The developer names a first stage and a last one. The three in between are numbered, which is not the same as scheduled.
  • No scope detail. Stage 4 has no contents at all by design, and co-op is named without a player count, a mode or a platform note.
  • No price figures. “Balance Tweaks” says crafting costs and item prices will be rebalanced; it does not say in which direction, or by how much.

Roadmap questions, answered directly

Is there an official Fell & Sell roadmap?
Yes, one post: the developer published a roadmap on 2026-08-31 UTC listing 5 numbered stages and 15 named features. Everything on this page comes from that single announcement; no other roadmap, leak or dev-comment source is used. Source: the developer's own "Roadmap" announcement on Steam, published 2026-08-31 UTC (https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/4627110/view/1842212951310283), last re-read 2026-09-01.
When will the Fell & Sell roadmap updates be released?
No dates were given. The announcement carries no release dates, no quarters, no version numbers and no ordering promise beyond the numbered list itself — the developer calls the shop update "first on the list" and co-op "the ultimate milestone", and says nothing about when either lands. Any page quoting a month for these has added it themselves. Will Fell & Sell get co-op or multiplayer?
It is announced, not shipped. Co-op is stage 5 of 5 and the developer describes it as "the ultimate milestone on our roadmap". The post gives no player count, no mode detail and no timing, and no released patch mentions multiplayer. Will item prices change in Fell & Sell?
The roadmap says yes, eventually: "Balance Tweaks" in the shop update covers "furniture crafting costs and item prices". That is the only roadmap entry that would move those numbers, and it has not shipped — as of 2026-09-01 no released patch has changed pricing or the shop economy. What is the Fell & Sell community poll?
Stage 4, "ADDITIONAL CONTENT", is deliberately empty: the developer says polls will decide what goes into it. No poll had been announced as of 2026-09-01, and no candidate features are named in the post. How is this page different from the patch notes?
Tense. This page is only what has been announced and not built; the updates page is only what has actually shipped, each entry linked to its own Steam post. Nothing moves from here to there until the developer ships it and dates it.

The roadmap is the only forward-looking page here. Everything else on this site is already measurable.
